Youth For People ~ Touching Lives ~ as you are aware, was initiated because of the tragic 7/11 Bomb Blasts that brought our city to a complete halt. The city of Mumbai has in the past been through the same a decade ago, however with the same incident recurring again we citizens are hardly ready to manage recovery from disaster.

Every Indian lives with an aim to achieve and thereby make the country proud, however with the popularization of a few groups who have the aim of spreading fear and terror in our minds; we succumb to their dreadful terrorist activities. This led to the idea of starting Youth for People - Touching Lives.

Youth For People is a movement to mobilize the power of youth and involve ourselves in the betterment of our society and bring a smile to the needy by the way of blood donations, fulfilling a wish and spreading literacy in the remotest of the areas.

YFP has volunteered for regular blood donation, educational workshops for the underprivileged children, raising funds for the needy patients and with making a database of volunteers and blood donors (the list is growing by the day) across the city of Mumbai. YFP has an experienced group of individuals who will lead action and co-ordinate help.
